Well, Joe had surgery this past Wednesday for surfer's ear in his other ear; October he had his left one done. If anyone else remembers, there was an amazing swell that came to town about two days after his surgery.  And, again this time... Oh well, a few weeks out of the water.
Here's some shots I got today of Max and Ler, and another kneelo I have yet to meet in person.  It was a great day.

2014-1-19 @ Ventura Point

Today, Ed Dimick and Casey Patelski met us up in Ventura, at the Point.  Conditions were great, with mild off shore winds, clear skies (for most of the morning) and waves which ranged from head high to just about double overhead on the bigger set waves.
I sat at my favorite spot and was greeted with birds, trains, dogs and fellow surfers.  This is my all time favorite place to shoot, and never gets boring.  There was even a fire just on the other side of the train bridge, in HoBo Jungle.
